Dream Channel Pty Ltd operates the Dream Channel AR mobile application (the "App"). This page outlines our privacy policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

a. Personal Information: We do not collect or use any personally identifiable information from users of our App. We do not request or store names, phone numbers, or any other personal information. Email addresses

Are used for user account authentication only.

b. Log Data: We do not collect any log data or information generated by your use of the App that identifies you as a user. All crash diagnostic data is anonymous.

2. Use of Information

We do not collect any information from users, and therefore, do not use any information for any purpose.

3. Security

While we do not collect any personal information, we still prioritize the security of our users. Our App does not require any personal information for use, thus eliminating the risk associated with transmitting sensitive data over the internet.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not use any third-party services, including analytics tools or other external services, within our App.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is designed to be appropriate for users of all ages, including children. As we do not collect any personal information, there are no age restrictions or privacy concerns related to children's privacy.

8. Facial Data

During the account setup up phase you will have the opportunity to create a digital avatar to use through the game. The avatar is created by you taking a photo of yourself. This photo is processed locally using AvatarSDK (https://avatarsdk.com), a software development kit provided by ItSeez3d to create a 3d head. Once the head has been created the original photo is removed and not kept.

The chosen model will then have a tattoo applied based on your selected tribe. This tattoo texture partially obscures and stylises the created avatar.

You are able to delete your avatar at any point on the settings screen which will remove the virtual player. The face mesh will remain until you delete your character.

The face data is not shared with 3rd parties.
